Austin native, Kevin Bowie, serves as Managing Shareholder for the Bowie Law Firm. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 1991.

From 1992 to 1994 he worked in Marketing for Dell Computers, assigned to Fortune 500 accounts. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1998.

With over thirteen years of litigation and transactional experience, Kevin has successfully represented both corporate and individual clients in claims involving toxic tort liability, products liability, premises liability and real estate.

Kevin’s primary practice focuses on Real Estate. He is a fee attorney for Austin Title (Fidelity National Title) and closes residential and commercial real estate transactions. Kevin is a certified Closing Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”). He was recently awarded “Designated” status by the SBA, one of only eight attorneys in the State honored with the achievement. He is a certified Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and previously served as a law clerk for Justice Davie Wilson of the First District Court of Appeals.

Sofia Nader serves as an Escrow Officer and Legal Assistant for the Bowie Law Firm. Sofia grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and attended St. Edward's University in Austin.

Sofia has over seven years of Title, Real Estate, and Legal experience. She is a licensed notary and is fluent in Spanish. Sofia closes residential and commercial purchases and refinances.
